Discord, Discord-related trademarks, logos, product names and other protected identifiers are the property of their respective rights holders.
8. Third-Party Services
Certain functions of Zelia may interact with or rely on services, platforms, APIs or infrastructure provided by third parties.
The respective third-party provider remains responsible for its own services, websites and content in accordance with applicable law and its own terms and policies.
Where users leave services operated by Zelia and access third-party services, the terms, privacy policies and legal notices of the respective third-party provider may apply.

Temporary restrictions may occur, for example, as a result of maintenance, security measures, technical disruptions, changes to third-party APIs or circumstances outside the operator's reasonable control.
Any contractual guarantees or service commitments expressly agreed with a user remain unaffected.
